Change of Payment Method / Credit Card

Longtailhost.com use Paypal for all payments and subscriptions. PayPal has a number of methods  to help protect you against fraud. If you change your payment type or update a credit card – your subscriptions are automatically canceled. Paypal will send you and Longtailhost.com cancellation email, however the email doesn’t really tell you why your subscription canceled.
In case your account was canceled due to Change of Payment Method / Credit Card you need to re-subscribe by clicking the button next to your hosting plan and filling your domain name information.
As soon as we receive an email that you re-subscribed, your subscription will continue as before.
Longtailhost.com will issue a pro-rated refund to your Paypal account for any balance remaining on your hosting account.
